I am a Trim Healthy Mama Certified Health Coach. Let me tell you about my adventures.
I weighted over 300 pounds in 2009. I tried everything known to man to lose weight and opted for gastric bypass to help me. I lost over 145 pounds! I kept it off until 2012 when I became an over-the-road truck driver.
In 2015, I weighted 277 pounds! I was introduced to YHM right before our first cruise. I lost nine pounds during that cruise!
I played around with THM for a few years on and off. After my husband was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, he and i started intermittent fasting. He did wonderful on this, whereas I did not.
I finally found myself a coach to help me get my health back, After countless months of working with my coach, I have been able to lose 103 pounds!
Despite being on the road full time, I was still able to make this accomplishment! It can be done! And now I can help you reach your health goals.
