.LET’S GROW WHAT WE GO THROUGH. I love living the THM way of life it’s proven it’s sustainability time and time again fads come an go but THM has remained a manageable personable and sustainable way of living for me since 2016, I became a coach in 2018 and yes I have had bumps, setbacks and cried and questioned the plan but….the truth is when my health , hormones, cardiac, diabetes , weight took a dumpster dive and all was generated by medical doctors all stemming from “grief” after loss of a spouse which caused anxiety hormone shift and a whole slew of changes which do pass….. but DON’T give up on what you know may just need some tweaks “encouragement “ “support”
“Accountability “ “new circles” or just a lil change and coaches are here for those reasons . I took a break but I am coming back slowly opening my heart my knowledge, and support. I have been a nurse for 37 years dealing from trauma to food addictions and now I am a retired widow stay at home mom of a disabled adopted daughter who is my world.

Menu planning, food prepping, book studies, mini groups, kefir , sour dough, recipe conversions, cooking and menu planning for “2” and empty nester’s, mini coaching groups, calls…text…email…zoom The sky’s the limit!!!
