Freedom! This is my cry since discovering that Trim Healthy Mama could work even for me!

I started the plan in early 2013 as a busy mama with a nursing little one, a ruptured disc that caused chronic pain, a lifetime of having been overweight, and a heavy measure of discouragement I never thought I'd get rid of. I was skeptical at first, as other eating plans had failed me over and over again. However, after choosing to give it a try, I was beautifully ushered over freedom's threshold. I've found freedom from pain and fear of pain, the discouragement I never thought I'd lose, and a good amount of extra weight! My husband is on plan with me and has maintained a 50 pound weight loss since reaching his goal weight over 5 years ago. Our children love the THM way of eating as well!

During my time on plan, and as a Facebook admin for 6 years, I've been blessed to work with ladies who struggle with food allergies, those who have autoimmune and adrenal struggles, those who are trying to eat healthfully while pregnant or nursing, and those who just need some encouragement in seeing they can do this plan and achieve health and freedom themselves. I love to see other ladies and their families succeed in gaining health and vibrancy through this plan!
