Hello! I'd love to walk along side you as you learn to spread your wings and fly in the Trim Healthy Mama Plan. I would describe myself as a purist on a budget. My THM story is very similar to Pearl and Serene's. I have been searching as much natural health and good nutrition information for the past 18 years as I could fit in to my busy life. My biggest takeaway from all this research is that the key to good health and healing your body is very connected to what you put IN and ON your body. The number on the scale is not the deciding factor, that is only part of the equation. Healthy bodies are well balanced.
A little about me, I am nearing the end of my 40's (how did THAT happen?), been married for 26 years and a mom to 3 children. I am also a mom of twins. I had very hard pregnancies due to hyperemesis that really took a toll on my body & health. I am also a Jesus loving christian and I also do photography. I first learned about THM 10 yrs ago, but finally stopped "dabbling" in it in 2020. Now I am all in and so is my husband. YAY! My main issue was not shedding a lot of weight because I had watched that closely over the years, it was actually a battle of fatigue, inflammation and joint issues I needed help with. I see-sawed with 15 pounds over the years and was able to finally shed it for over a year now, but the inflammation and energy factor is amazing. I plan to continue the THM lifestyle for the rest of my life and keep getting better and better!
