Hi, Mamas. I am ecstatic about the opportunity to help you at whatever stage of the journey you find yourself.

I've been on plan since October 2017 and by the grace of God have lost over 50 pounds, and unlike other eating plans that I have tried in the past, I didn’t have to be miserable to see results.

As a Certified Trim Healthy Mama Lifestyle Coach and Certified Life Coach, I love helping overwhelmed women lose the weight the prevents them from truly enjoying the amazing lives that they have worked so hard to build.

Weight isn't just the number on the scale. There are some many things that "weigh" us down as women. I am on a mission to empower women to become the healthiest version of themselves.
