I am a Trim Healthy Mama. I first was introduced to the plan in 2016 and followed it on and off until 2021 when God clearly told me I needed to get my health in gear as I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Through THM I have been able to stop taking metformin, controlling my diabetes through diet and exercise, more recently heavy lifting as I am now in menopause. I am one of a group of coaches that teach alongside Coach KJ York.
