I started my THM journey in 2012 when the original Big book came out and it blessed my life immensely! No, I was not always on plan over the last 10 years so I can relate to those who struggle. But I was tired of feeling fatigued and awful each time I would fall off plan, so back on plan I went a few years ago and it is a lifestyle for me now no turning back.
I am passionate about helping mamas eat healthy through motherhood! I have experienced this in my own health. I have 8 children and THM has given me my energy back to keep up with the busy of life. Especially through the seasons of pregnancy and nursing.
I working on my business license and hope to offer group and 1on1 coaching very soon.
