Hi, I’m Sarah, founder of Araya Hope Health and creator of Generation Movers. I’ve been coaching since 2018, and I’ve been living the Trim Healthy lifestyle since 2012, which means over 14 years of walking it out in real life, not just theory.

And when I say real life, I mean it. I serve a family of 10 every single night. I homeschool, run my business, manage our home, and build healthy systems in the middle of beautiful chaos. I don’t coach from a quiet, perfectly color coded office. I coach from a full house, a full calendar, and a full heart.

I offer both one on one coaching and group coaching, so whether you want personalized strategy and accountability or the energy and support of a community, there is a place for you.
