Hi! I'm Sara! I'm a 44 year old mama, entrepreneur, hiker, knitter, lover of real food, and a Trim Healthy Mama since 2015.

As someone who has personally experienced the transformative power of THM and embracing a holistic lifestyle, I am eager to share my knowledge and passion with others. My goal is to create a supportive space where we can journey towards optimal health, encompassing physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Why Trim Healthy Mama? Because it's not just another diet. It's about nourishing our bodies with wholesome, nutrient-dense foods while savoring the joy of delicious meals. I truly believe embracing the THM lifestyle will put an end to yoyo dieting and even diet mentality.

1-on-1 Coaching - In person or via Zoom, email, phone, text - whatever works for you!

Group Coaching - Do you have a group of friends, church group, homeschool co-op, etc., who would like to learn the plan? I would love to come and share Trim Healthy Mama with you!
