I started THM 8 years ago after my first baby and haven’t looked back! I’ve nursed 4 babies and have had 3 pregnancies all while being a THM. My husband and I have 4 beautiful children, I homeschool, and I’m a military wife.
I’m passionate about showing people how to eat healthy so they can live their life to the fullest. Let me give you some hope that there is a better way to eating, a more sustainable way, and a way you can easily adapt to the whole family.
