I love all things THM and the lifestyle it offers, and I love to share it with others! It does not have to be complicated....I like to keep it simple! I have been on plan for several years and plan to stay this way for life. I am 54, and have successfully manuevered my way through menopause and metabolism changes. I am able to stay active and feel great. I have had good experiences with the stubborn losers menus as well as the veggie-ful menus.
I live in Athens, Alabama. I love Jesus, my sweet husband, my 3 children and my 6 grandbabies. My first client was my husband (pictured above- taken on our 31st wedding anniversary) who has lost 75 pounds following the THM plan. He looks great and feels amazing! I would like to help mamas and teach them how to help their famililes be healthy, fit and feel good.
