Hello there!! My name is Michelle, and I am the THM Certified Coach behind Reaching for Health!
I've lost over 50lbs with THM over the past year, in one of the busiest seasons in my life. I had dabbled in the plan for years, but once I truly committed my energy skyrocketed, my health blossomed, and I started to find my trim.
