Back in 2016, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and caught in the whirlwind of homeschooling, pregnancy, and nursing while trying to keep up with life. I’d tried every diet under the sun — even the ultra-restrictive ones that “worked” on the scale but left me miserable and drained.

When I discovered Trim Healthy Mama, everything changed. For the first time, I found freedom instead of restriction. I lost 60 pounds, but more importantly, I regained energy, confidence, and joy. At 39, I feel better than I ever did in my 20s.

That transformation is why I coach. I know what it feels like to want to thrive in the middle of a busy, messy, real life — and I know how simple THM can be once it’s woven into your routines. My passion is helping women stop starting over, put their health on autopilot, and discover that they don’t have to do it perfectly to see lasting results.

My ideal client is the woman who feels like she’s tried it all, who’s juggling family, work, and daily responsibilities, and who just wants a plan that works in real life.
