My Speciality is Coaching groups of mamas who are in a long stall and are desperately wanting to get out of their stubborn donkey weight. My groups are seasonal and involve lots of fun challenges to keep you motivated to finally get you to the last 5 or 10 lbs. My groups includes lots of incentives, fuel practice, quick Mexican cooking videos, reflections, THM Foxy Mama challenges (favorite of all the hubbies), THM Selfcare challenges, etc. Check my link tree to find all my free groups and resources.
