I am a family medicine physician assistant, full time working mom and THM follower since 2018. THM has helped me shed more than 100 pounds and I continue to eat healthier and feel amazing everyday! I started coaching due to overwhelming interest from patients and friends, and I am delighted to help you along in your journey to health!
