Hi, my name is Layla! I am a mother of six, wife to my husband of 25 years, and a Trim Healthy Mama since 2016. My goal is to help families use the Trim Healthy Plan to create easy, healthy meals everyone can enjoy. I focus on gentle guidance using good ingredients to nourish yourself and your family. I can provide menus for families with food sensitivities to dairy, eggs, and gluten...even families who prefer to follow a vegetarian or vegan diet. I promise your meals will taste good because I am a born and raised Cajun from the heart of Acadiana, South Louisiana, where food and family go hand in hand and tradition runs deep.
