I have personally struggled with thyroid issues and PCOS. I'm 100% gluten free due to being diagnosed with celiac disease and I eat dairy light as often as possible. I have been fully on plan since June of 2020. I've lost over 130 pounds and worked diligently to alter my mindset. I have personal experience with GLP-1 treatment. I can assist with anything from menu planning, prep work and tips for staying on plan when life throws you curve balls. I'm no stranger to a busy schedule as I work, homeschool and raise my family.
