I have been eating the Trim Healthy way for 9 years now and love this lifestyle. When I first started I was newly married and trying to come up with healthy meals for my husband while working full time as a School Counselor and coaching high school basketball. We both live a very active lifestyle and I was tired of feeling deprived and restricted on other diets and eating plans. Trim Healthy answered the call for eating all the whole foods, not feeling hungry all the time while fitting into a very busy pace of life.
Fast forward to now and through many different seasons, eating the THM way has been the constant. My husband and I live in Murfreesboro, TN and have 3 children ages 5 and 2 (twins).
I feel the call to help other women, no matter what season of life they are in, learn about the Trim Healthy Mama plan and how to apply it to their own unique life.
