Ohhhh, that was ME! As my mother's caregiver I witnessed what sugar did to her body and I became determined to change my own story by administering extreme self-care on the road to restored personal health.

My coach helped me push through all the challenges and we began to win when "all the numbers" began to trend in the right direction. After six months, over fifty pounds and five clothing sizes later I reached goal.

This is why I became a THM coach, to lead and encourage others on this journey as they adopt the THM lifestyle, gain food freedom, and secure a healthy win.
