I am passionate about caring for families!

In August of 2022, I became certified as a Trim Healthy Mama Lifestyle Coach. I am also a registered dietitian, and I am privileged to work in a Christian chiropractic clinic in Lubbock, Texas.

Trim Healthy Mama has been a tool that God has used in my life, both personally and for my family and friends. I offer individual & group nutrition counseling sessions (in-person and zoom options are available!), nutrition education classes, and homeschool nutrition classes.

My goal is to encourage & equip women, kids, and families to thrive in health, especially in the area of nutrition, from a Christ-centered foundation!
