I am a Trim Healthy Mama veteran and a physical therapist, who has implemented the plan and followed the lifestyle for 7 years, including a season of pregnancy and nursing. THM has changed my life in so many ways! I had tried just about every diet out there and was definitely done with diets and fads! I needed something enjoyable and sustainable, and I found that and so much more in THM! My passion is helping mamas find joy and health on their journey to trim. I have a husband and 6 children, so I'm familiar with making the plan work for families. I can help you learn the plan, delve deeper into the plan, implement meal prep, and navigate eating out at restaurants. If you're looking for encouragement, accountability and support, I would love to be your coach!
