I help busy moms make Trim Healthy Mama work for them even if you are too busy, too tired, or don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.
I'm a busy mom of 5 kids. I've had lots of experience with THM on-the-go, THM-when-I'm-too-tired-to-cook, THM-when-the-fridge-is-almost-empty, and finding a way to make THM work in difficult circumstances. I've been on the Trim Healthy Mama Plan since the original book was published in 2012 and I've been sharing my meal plans, recipes, and tips at workingathomeschool.com (now thewellplannedkitchen.com) since 2014.
