Hello friends! I am a homeschool mom of 4! I love to camp, travel, listen to some good verses, and podcasts. I love to help people feel Healthy and Thrive with THM! I am 100% Gluten Free for the past 10 years so all of my meals I eat are that way. My 4 kids and husband are not GF. I have been doing THM on and off for 4 years but decided to get serious 2022. I had Graves Disease, I have Hashimoto's, I have a positive marker for Type 1 Diabetes, and I had a Thyroidectomy in Sep 2021.
