I’m a homeschool mom of four who loves camping, traveling, and encouraging others to live healthy, full lives. Over the past 10 years, I’ve committed to a 100% gluten-free lifestyle while navigating Graves’ disease, Hashimoto’s, and a thyroidectomy in 2021. My health journey led me to take nutrition seriously—but also to find a sustainable way to enjoy food again.
That’s where Trim Healthy Mama (THM) changed everything for me.
After years of doing THM on and off, I fully committed in 2022 and found a balanced, life-giving way to fuel my body—without fear of carbs. Now, I’m passionate about helping other women do the same.
