I support women in midlife who are navigating hormone changes, energy shifts, weight struggles, and the emotional side of wellness. Many of the women I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of dieting, or unsure how to nourish their bodies in a sustainable, grace-filled way. My heart is to walk alongside women who want steady, supportive rhythms rather than extremes.

I provide Trim Healthy Mama–based coaching with a hormone-supportive, whole-person approach. Through one-on-one coaching, occasional group coaching, and educational resources; I help women build well-planned plates, establish consistent nourishment rhythms, and develop a healthier mindset around food and body image. I also offer encouragement and community through my free Facebook group, Journeying Life Together, where women can connect, learn, and grow together.
