1on1 Coaching. I love teaching how food works in your body, sharing possibility mindsets for freedom living, sourdough learning, baking successfully with low-carb ingredients, tips and support for delicious recipes with allergy restriction needs-such as Dairy-free, Gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free, and tips for both purist and drive-thru-sue needs.

I have followed THM principles since 2013, and have gathered a lot of understanding of food, and how our bodies respond to it. I have experienced new levels of freedom towards food as I walked this journey. What has made me so passionate about this lifestyle is that I have experienced a lot of physical healing and that has made this lifestyle so rewarding and life giving to me. I love nutrition science and how our bodies work and continue to research and learn.
