I am a certified Health Coach (2009) and Trim Healthy Mama Lifestyle Coach (2021) who would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey to optimal wellness.
As the mother of 8 children, 4 of whom have chronic autoimmune conditions plus myself; I live and thrive in a GLUTEN-FREE kitchen! (mostly dairy free as well) Until THM, my weight had always been a challenge for me; now, I understand my body better and know how to fuel it properly.
I know how busy life can get and I want to help you problem solve the obstacles that stand in your way to food freedom! We will work together to reach your health and weight loss goals, learn from each other, and develop a deeper understanding of the THM lifestyle so that it works for you and your unique needs.
