Offering Encouragement, Edification, Education, & Experience~ 90 lbs gone. Joy & health restored! Tried every diet under the sun ~ then I found the THM Lifestyle. One year, eight months, 90 pounds gone so far! I'd love to help you get there too.

Over 50? ~ I'm a retired home school mom, who didn't learn about THM until I was 63 and postmenopausal.
I still got stronger, and can now hold these two sweet kiddos who together weigh as much as the weight that's gone from my body, and I can do things that I couldn't do in my 30s, like actually RUN on the beach with my grown son!

Slow loser? ~ I averaged approximately one pound a week, but the weight still came off!

Budget mama? ~ I lived on a shoe-string budget for many years raising my sons, and I know how to get the most bang for your buck.

Book studies? ~ Just starting out and need some help? Want to use the Trim Healthy You curriculum with your children? I can help with those things. I've been an educator since I was in elementary school myself, teaching Sunday School and tutoring reading to children in all grades lower than mine. Teaching is in my blood, and I just can't help myself.

Lots to lose? ~ I come from a background of losing 1/2 my body weight through restrictive dieting of either food groups or calories, and then sadly regaining it all plus more, because, unlike THM, those ways were not sustainable. I've now gotten rid of 90 pounds and I'm close to my goal. There's no end in sight for a day to say I'm done and going back to a normal way of eating, because THM IS my new normal. THM for life!

I offer individual sessions either: in person, by phone, or through email. And group sessions at discounted rates. I also offer speaking engagements at local (or some distance travel) for churches, schools, or civic groups. I'm looking forward to joining you on your journey to success!
