I help clients discover the problem lifestyle areas and work tirelessly to provide a path to solution. This includes both Trim Healthy Lifestyle changes and helping people using GLP-1 boosting medications to assure their eating habits and physical training supports their health goals.
I meet with clients in Zoom, and communicate over text and email. I use the THM Journey, THM Food Analyzer and Ate apps and you may freely follow me there, and on YouTube as @betterlifesite. I enjoy making videos that feature issues that help my clients and others that are looking to remove health obstacles in life.
