Services
As the oldest daughter of a large family, I have learned about cooking on a budget for people of different ages and varied palates. I love teaching others about what I've learned and love helping people find what's healthy for them! I understand what it's like to struggle with eating healthfully in our modern culture, but it's not impossible. I have learned the hard way that trying to conform to culture's form of "health" can be damaging; but, through Jesus and THM, we can overcome!
I am available to teach groups of friends or individuals the THM lifestyle.
Other services include: teaching food technique/preparing, book recommendations, personalized recipes for allergies/health issues, grocery shopping training, personal/family food prep (cooking full meals at your home), special events services for small parties and showers.
