About Me: Hi, my name is Christina, and I have been married to an amazing husband for 27 years. We have two amazing daughters from the gift of adoption, Gigi and Bella.

I have always struggled with my weight as well as my hormones. I suffered from PCOS for several years and had to have a full hysterectomy over 10 years ago and entered menopause super early. I also had my gall bladder taken out a few years ago and always struggled with eating and digesting. I thought it was just normal.

In August of 2021, I started THM because a couple of friends suggested it to me. I tried Weight Watchers and was successful before my hysterectomy and lost a lot of weight. My weight all came back and then some. I wanted something that was biblically based as well as a lifestyle long term.

I lost 50 pounds in the first year of THM. I also went from 3 xl to xl and now a large in my tops, dresses, and pants. That is a huge difference. I also have had to turn in my ring to have it resized. I went down two ring sizes. I am sugar free for almost 4 years. I continue to heal physically, mentally, and spiritually.

I am stalled currently but sticking to the THM plan no matter what. My weight loss will come eventually. I feel good in my body and fueling it properly.
