I have used THM and Lifestyle changes to put my own Hashimoto's Thyroiditis into remission, plus healed my own hormonal imbalances and Adrenal Fatigue along with losing 66 pounds. I am currently about 8 pounds from goal weight and am working toward certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner to expand my offerings as a coach.
