In this corner, weighing in at 270# and literally fighting for life, I was presented with a split decision moment, ... and I chose life. I woke up with one-half of my right lung missing! Removed! Gone! One year later I went to lunch with a high school classmate who showed up with a small glass bottle of her own MCT oil salad dressing. When asked, she shared her story of her own health journey.
