Welcome to Humble Farm where we teach you how to source farm fresh foods locally and prepare delicious dishes with traditional cooking methods while also balancing your fuels. We are Lisa and Caitlin, a mother and daughter duo, passionate about helping Trim Healthy Mamas fall in love with creating traditional homemade foods for their families from scratch. On our homestead in Texas, we walk you through the steps of how we prepare our large family’s meals and celebrate life-giving moments together through gathering around the family table. We teach the old-fashioned art of sourdough bread making, fermenting, sprouting, and culturing. Learn how to cook the nourishing THM way with a Weston A. Price Foundation inspired approach that utilizes ingredients such as healthy fats, cultured raw milk, pastured meats, and whole foods. Whether you are experienced in traditional foods and just looking for a way to stay trim or you are a seasoned Trim Healthy Mama looking to become more purist, we are here to help!
