More than anything, Lavish is designed to heal from the inside out--starting with the woman each of us believe we are and then embracing who God says we are.

Lavish offers a subscription to Chrysalis--her group coaching filled with encouragement, recipes, tips, accountability, and more! Other offers include a 30 day 1-on-1 style coaching session and also an all inclusive 90 day 1-on-1 coaching session including a Lavish gift box to your door.

Coach Annie named her coaching business Lavish because of her history with intensely restrictive dieting and punishing her body. Now, not only does she rock a lavish Trim Healthy lifestyle, but more importantly, basks in the lavish love of her Creator, Savior, Lord, and Friend--Jesus.
