Amanda Staymates is a Trim Healthy Mama Movement–Certified coach and personal trainer who helps women build muscle, protect their bones, balance their energy, and feel confident in their bodies using smart nutrition paired with strategic movement. Her coaching focuses on sustainability, not extremes, because strength that lasts is what truly changes a life.
Once a classic drive-thru Sue, Amanda now makes and loves kefir, sourdough, and kombucha and teaches women how real, nourishing food can be both healing and joyful without being overwhelming.
She supports women through a free Skool community, (https://tinyurl.com/AmandaStay) rotating group coaching programs, and always-available one-on-one coaching, so there is a place to start no matter where you are on your journey.
Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Music Education and has spent over 20 years as a full-time elementary school music teacher. As a wife and mom, she understands how busy, stretched, and tired women can feel, and she believes wellness should build your life instead of compete with it.
Her mission is simple and powerful: to help women become Frail-Proof so they can stay strong, energetic, and fully present for the life they love.
