I'm a full-time elementary music teacher (and wife and mama!) in the Pittsburgh, PA area. I am a TEACHER at heart and I want to meet you wherever you are in your THM journey and help you attain your goals using the strategies that work best for YOU. None of the students I've seen through 19 years as an educator has been a carbon copy of another and we Mamas are no different. Please consider me to help you on your journey to feeling and looking like your best self. I specialize in those working outside the home, families, and drive-thru Sues. My one purist attribute is home brewing Kombucha.
