I found Trim Healthy in 2016 when my midwife suggested the plan to help me to combat insulin resistance. I am so thankful for her referral to the program it has absolutely changed my life. It's helped me through multiple pregnancies, helped me manage gestational diabetes and also helped me nourish myself & my babies through out the postpartum season.
I love helping others learn how to implement Trim Healthy in an easy simple way that is manageable no matter their season.
