I've been a THM since 2013. I specialize in hormonal imbalance, adrenal fatigue, weight loss, stall assistance, hypothyroidism, blood sugar balance, and food allergies. These are all issues with which I have firsthand experience. This is is my calling & ministry: to encourage, coach, and mentor others, helping them achieve health, wellness, & weight management on a journey of food freedom anchored in hope.
