I am a 9-year THM veteran, I homeschool two teenage girls (ages 13 and 15), and am in college for her nutrition degree. I have had my ups and downs physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, and have relied on God for all of my healing. I have found that success with THM is more than just a loss of weight on the scale; it is healing not only your relationship with food but also your relationships with your family and yourself, which makes the biggest difference.

I have been coaching since 2019 and help women and their families turn their lives around with healthy, easy, special-ingredient-free meals that do not take much time in the kitchen. I do not focus on scale victories; instead, I focus on healthy eating to help you get on plan or stay on plan. I offer 1-1 coaching as well as group coaching events.
