I’ve been passionate about THM since I began living the plan in 2013. Since then I’ve been able to maintain my weight even after the birth of my 10th child at 45-years-old. I want to help you achieve your health goals regardless of your stage of life. I am an experienced menu-planner and bargain shopper.
I am available for individual or group coaching in the Indianapolis Metro area or for anyone online. I have a wide range of plans and options to fit your needs.
