I am a board certified nurse practitioner specializing in women's health. I have my own medical practice in North Carolina, but I can health coach anywhere! I love taking care of ladies and working on good nutrition for good health. I can help you increase your protein, decrease inflammation, work on improving your cycle, improve insulin resistance for healthy pregnancy and breastfeeding, perimenopause, and menopause. All stages in life are different but we can feel great in all our seasons.
