Hi! I’m THM Coach Tara….and I love to eat! I especially love tasty things and festive dishes, so I like to make THM work for those that love to indulge in the delicious. I have a gentle, yet firm approach to help you achieve and maintain goals you’ve only dreamed of in the past. If group coaching, individual coaching, seasonal groups (and more!) are your thing, I just might be your girl.
