Hey Ladies! I'm Krystal I have been doing thm since 2016. I tried all the diets before a friend introduced me to thm. I have lost over 70 pounds. I have been sugar sober since 2021. I say this because I am a sugar addict. My passion is to help others break their sugar addiction. I do take on one on one clients but if you like group coaching I have team up with 4 other amazing coaches learning about gut health mindset, cooking classes a community of amazing women that will support you, pray for you, meet you right where you are.
