Services
I have been doing THM since the very first book came out. I am a homeschool Mom to 4 boys, and a wife to a chronically ill man. I have experienced food sensitivities, low mood and energy, and poor gut health and am healing all of those issues. I also have experience with non-neurotypical people. Nutrition and health are my passions, especially as it relates to our mood and energy levels. I am so excited to be a coach, I love helping others find their health and vitality!
