I am passionate about caring for families!
In August of 2022, I became certified as a Trim Healthy Mama Lifestyle Coach. I am also a registered dietitian nutritionist (since 2024). I love learning & educating about God's design for nutrition and wise stewardship of our bodies!
Trim Healthy Mama has been a tool that God has used in my life, both personally and for my family and friends. I provide healthy (and THM-friendly!) snacks and dry mix blends that I made from home - available at a local farmer's market and for drop-off orders! I offer individual & group nutrition counseling sessions (in-person and zoom options are available!), nutrition education classes, and homeschool nutrition classes.
My goal is to encourage & equip women, kids, and families to thrive in health, especially in the area of nutrition, from a Christ-centered foundation!
