Hello friends! I am a homeschool mom of 3! I love to camp, travel, listen to some good verses, and podcasts. I also work a part time at a Christian Camp where I get to love and encourage young adults. I love to help people feel Healthy and Thrive with THM! I am 100% Gluten Free for the past 8 years so all of my meals I eat are that way. My 3 kids and husband are not GF. I have been doing THM on and off for 4 years but decided to get serious 2022. I had Graves Disease, I have Hashimoto's, I have a positive marker for Type 1 Diabetes, and I just had a Thyroidectomy in Sep 2021. I have taken what I eat very seriously the past 8 years but with THM I have enjoyed to LOVE healthy carbs again!!!! Would LOVE to connect with you! Just reach out and I would love to be your coach!
