Hey there,
My name is Jennifer Freeman and i live in Texas with my husband of 16 Amazing years and 6 blessings ranging from 15 down to 3.I am a member of a Spirit filled Church and my husband and I are on the Marriage Ministry team and we lead a small group.I first started THM back in 2013 i was on/off the plan thru the years.I have/had struggled with Hormone imbalance,Thyroid,and PCOS,with pcos comes alot of side effects a few of mine have been high insulin resistance,brain fog,lightheaded,weight gain,also with low gluten and low dairy.I have searched alot over the years with healing my body and i have gained alot of knowledge and have been healing to be my best that i have been in years following the thm way and i also do CROSSFIT,I love to workout/walk that also helps me with IR .God definitely has been healing my body but also my mind.Alot of our choices we make has alot to do with the way we think that effects us so much more than almost anything!!I have a Passion for health and with that I have a Huge calling to try to help others on their Journey!God has BLESSED me so much and His desire is to see our bodies heal..
