My journey has involved life in the “thin cage”, striving for the image that society says I should be. I took health (nutrition/supplements) to an extreme to achieve pregnancy after years of secondary infertility and two losses. I’ve wrestled for years with severe IBS and food sensitivities.

Trim Healthy Mama is where I’ve found my place of PEACE and REST! It’s not fearful or extreme (i.e. carbs are bad for you etc…) It is also incredibly adaptable. I do Trim Healthy Gluten and Dairy Free! And it’s DELICIOUS and FUN, I LOVE IT!!! I get to have my cake and eat it too!
