Hi I'm Carrie mom of three and 3 granddaughters im blessed they are close to me . I live in the Midwest Iowa and it sure can get interesting here . I love trim healthy mama and the food freedom I have found , I seen the book at a friends house and asked if I could borrow it I was hooked when I gave her back her book I purchased my own this was in 2017 I joined the website as a member and started out one recipe at a time I was over weight and hated my pictures taken. the last diet plan i was on was curves and I did okay with it until they started closing . than gain back some of weight I lost . I have lost a little over 60 lbs. and I feel great . im still working on losing but I don't mind my picture taken anymore .I am offering group meetings ,coaching one on one sessions ,study guide of the plan book , grocery shopping finding ingredients and recipe tasting and meal planning and meal prepping , Accountability , what ever I can do for you to help you start your journey on trim healthy mama . in person or at your home , emails or zoom .
